INALA Awards Program

The Indiana Assisted Living Association Board of Directors is pleased to announce nominations are being accepted for the Seventh Annual INALA Awards Program. There are seven awards from which to nominate seven deserving people from your organization. Staff recognition is a key component to employee satisfaction and retention. Nominating employees from your community is an effective means of showing your appreciation. The Board of Directors seeks nominations for the following INALA Awards (click for each nomination form):

• Angel Award
• Outstanding Community Director Award
• Creative Idea of the Year Award
• Outstanding Marketing Director Award
• Outstanding Caregiver Award
• Outstanding Food Service Director Award
• Outstanding Activity Director Award

The guidelines and requirements for each award category are specific to that award. The INALA Board seeks specificity and clarity in the nomination description. Please provide objective examples and narratives in the nomination.

The winners and nominees will be recognized during the INALA Awards Luncheon which will be held during our 2010 Fall Conference, September 30 at the Sheraton Hotel at Keystone Crossing.

The July 14 submission deadline is firm. Electronic submissions are accepted and preferred. Please consider nominating from your community.

NOTE: to keep the surprise element, winners will not be notified before the luncheon award presentation. Nominators will be notified of winners and all nominees are invited to the luncheon to be recognized.
